Shopify CRO & Development
Move from WooCommerce, Magento or BigCommerce without losing rankings, order history or revenue. Migrations fail on the details — redirects, variants, subscriptions — so we plan those first.

Migration pricing depends on catalog size, number of integrations and how much custom functionality exists on the old platform. The audit establishes that scope before anyone quotes a number.
Proof
Lifestyle
WooCommerce to Shopify with a 1,200-SKU catalog and a full redirect map built before cutover.
Fashion
Magento to Shopify, including rebuilding a bespoke sizing tool as a native Shopify app.
Supplements
Subscription migration with billing continuity — no re-authorization required from existing subscribers.
Clients
“We were told a migration would cost us three months of SEO. It cost us none, because they mapped the redirects before writing any theme code.”
“The rollback plan was the reason we signed. We never needed it, but nobody else offered one.”
“Our subscribers didn't notice anything happened. That was the entire brief and they hit it.”
Questions
Not if the redirect map is built properly. We inventory every indexed URL on the old platform, map it to its Shopify equivalent, and ship 301s at cutover — then monitor Search Console for the first 30 days.
Subscription continuity is planned before anything else, because it's the one thing that can't be fixed after the fact. Depending on your current provider we either migrate billing tokens directly or run a parallel period.
Cutover is typically under an hour, scheduled in your lowest-traffic window. The new store is fully built and tested on a preview domain before we touch DNS.
Usually. We audit what's custom on the old platform and split it into: available as a Shopify app, worth building as a custom app, or not worth keeping. You get that breakdown before committing.
Products, variants, customers and order history all migrate. Historical orders come across as records — they aren't re-processed — so reporting continuity is preserved.
The old store stays live and untouched until DNS switches, so rollback is a DNS change. We don't decommission anything for at least 30 days.
Both. A data-only migration onto a stock theme usually costs you conversion rate, which defeats the point — the Growth and Scale engagements include the build.
